    As taken from the MCA Diagnostic Information book:

          409-082 Operator panel cannot access the BUMP. This problem can be
    caused by an incorrectly installed CEC.

       I have a J40 that won't boot. The code on the LCD is flashing
    888-103-409-082. Can't find reference to that sequence anywhere on the IBM
    site. Probably because the server is considered an antique.

     Anyone have an idea of what the problem may be?
