Problems with cron

Oracle has two cron jobs
5 12 * * * /u01/apps/oracle/admin/LIVE/backup/rmanlive_archbu.sh
5 22 * * * /u01/apps/oracle/admin/LIVE/backup/rmanlive_hotbu.sh
The first one will not run but the second one runs fine. The first one
returns a message saying that
/u01/apps/oracle/admin/LIVE/backup/rmanlive_archbu.sh cannot be found. Both
of these work fine if oracle
runs them from the command line.
They both have the same permissions, owner and group.
I'd be very grateful if anyone could help
