    about the only thing I can think of is create an alias in the users profile
    with something like
     "alias cd=ls $1"

    Hi,
    How to create a ftp user with no change directory(cd) permission.We have
    ftp users they can change directory to /etc and can see passwd files..etc.
    How to restrict him to stay just in his home directory.
