LVMRECNMTCH problem

    Whenever I try to vary on a volume group I get the following error:
    PV Status: vpath4 000af0ffc5f038cb PVACTIVE
                    vpath5 000af0ffc254e591 LVMRECNMTCH
    0516-056 varyonvg: The volume group is not varied on because a
            physical volume is marked missing. Run diagnostics.

    Thing is that there is no problem on the shark with that particular LUN. It
    only appears to be a problem for the server. I am at AIX5.1 ML4...has anyone
    ever dealt with this before. Any help is greatly appreciated.
