John Dvorak ("PC Magazine") treats this as the end of Linux. I do not
agree with him. A google search should point to some of his columns.

has the "OSI Position Paper on the SCO-vs.-IBM Complaint", where Eric
Raymond goes through the SCO lawsuit point-by-point explaining why
SCO is wrong in their complaint.
There is lots more on the web.
