I'm SAP ignorant :)
but there are some problems on AIX 5.2 ML0 and Oracle 9.*
related on AIO we had crashes during data import ...
also JFS2 can bot support well temporay tables
I hope this helps

I have a B-80 we are running in 64-bit mode under AIX 5.2 ML1.
We are installing SAP Enterprise 4.7 SR1 and we've had 2 mysterious crashes
just today.
We are at DB2 fixpak 8.
Amyone seen this before ? My SAP folks are really edgy now.
