Boot problem after upgrade OS

    The system hang at E105 after completed upgrade from AIX 4.3.3 ML 10 to AIX
    5.1 (cd from 05/2003). It appears to be firmware which I upgraded to the
    latest firmware. I have done many upgrades but have not seen this problem
    before.
