According to the list you have obtained. Not even Maint 01 is
installed. You basically have no maint level installed.

    Try the oslevel -r command.

This will give you an overall picture of the oslevel.

Maintenance level 11 is the lastest out for 4.3.3

We are are currently on ML 09 at present.

I guess this means I am at Maint level 01?

    # instfix -i | grep AIX_ML
All filesets for 4.3.1.0_AIX_ML were found.
All filesets for 4.3.2.0_AIX_ML were found.
All filesets for 4.3.1.0_AIX_ML were found.
All filesets for 4.3.2.0_AIX_ML were found.
All filesets for 4.3.3.0_AIX_ML were found.
Not all filesets for 4330-01_AIX_ML were found.

            oslevel -r or instfix -i | grep AIX_ML

either will tell you your ML level.
