Removing Non-English Software

I have two 4.3 strictly 'English-speaking' systems that have a version of
the software listed below installed. There is nothing else in Japanese on
either system. Do you see any issue with simply removing the software? A
java install is insisting that I upgrade it which is proving to be
difficult.
