when i tried to set up a concurrent vg, it complained about certain hacmp filesets. i don't know how far into hacmp you need to go, but you need some things.

Anyone know if concurrent volume groups can be used now without HACMP
managing the data access? Can I use raw non-SSA SAN volumes?

What we're trying to accomplish is two Oracle database servers with a
common shared database, load balanced on the front end. Any ideas or
    experiences would be appreciated?
