Hi,
We´ve verified that the native snmpd that comes along with Aix 5.1
is very poor (for example, no info about Cpu usage is provided). In
order to solve this, we started to use net-snmp.
However, we're also running HACMP, and it seems that a HACMP
daemon named clsmuxpd requires the presence of the native snmpd.
My questions are:
a) Is clsmuxpd that important? What do I exactly loose if
I dont run this daemon?
b) Any suggestions to overcome this problem ?
Thanks
