    Pretty close. If anything, the second would probably perform a *little*
    better.

    How many connections to the Shark do you have ? That would be the next
    bottleneck.

    Let say I have ten LUNs on 10 separate 8-packs on the shark. Each LUN is
    50GB. Do the two options below give me the same I/O performance?

    a) 10 filesystems, 50GB/fs, every fs stripped across all 10 LUNs

    b) 1 filesystem, 500GB/fs, fs stripped across all 10 LUNs
