    Hi,
          Thanx ruiz. But In the options which are listed in sendmail.cf what is
    the function of the below given option, is it the secondary server ip which
    i can give here..

    # fallback MX host
    #O FallbackMXhost=fall.back.host.net

    The mailertable feature permits you to configure different mail servers in
    sendmail. AFAIK it's used for send mail to different server not exactly to
    config a secondary one, but perhaps it will permit you config it.

    Hi *,
              When i implement sendmail, i think it there should be someway to
    configure a secondary mail server in case the primary mail server is down.
    Can someone let me know where this has to be done..
