I know 5.2 is compatible with the H50 and I've previously upgraded the firmware to the latest available from IBM. I've also updated the firmware of the CD-ROM drive. However, when trying to install 5.2 on the system, it halts during boot from the CD with a "0518 UNKNOWN BOOT FS" message on the LED.

I've seen mention of this error before when /etc/filesystems is corrupt, but never when booting from a CD-ROM. Is it possible my install CD is trashed or has invalid boot data?

I'm going to check firmware on the remaining devices in the system, but was hoping someone else has seen this problems before an could provide me with some insight.
