Have you modified your /etc/filesystems before reboot ?
Try to reboot in maintenance mode, save a copy of /etc/filesystems, and
simplify the current version with just the minimum. Make also sure that
nobody tried to comment lines out using the hash sign (#) instead of the
star (*).
