    It may still fail, even with a large disk, as Phillip Ford describes.

    If you're planning in advance, it's simpler to create a custom /image.data
    file before you run your mksysb. That way you can leave the mirror alone.
    Just change the number of copies to 1, and set PP equal to LP for all LVs.
    Not so useful if you've got an existing mksysb you need to restore.

    For my own interest, if I have time I'll try a restore this afternoon with
    image.data on a supplemental diskette.
