do you have partitioning enabled on the fastt? if so, make sure all the
logical drives are mapped to luns on this aix box. are the 3 logical
disks all owned by the same controller? are the two you do see per
chance owned by one, and the third by the other? try switching the
ownership of the one that's not right to the other controller with the
two you do see and see what happens. if that works...um, check your
cables for air gaps. unplug completely both ends of that cable and plug
vigorously. listen for the "snap"
