You can find that 8-digit code in the H80 Service Guide: just follow the
MAP.
Actions/failing FRU are...
1. Update system firmware
2. Check for AIX updates
3. Primary I/O backplane Location: U0.1-P1
There's also a recommendation for firmware errors generally to do a slow
boot. This may reveal more information about the problem, if the other
information is insufficient.
Information on the 9114 code is in chapter four, under "Service Processor
Checkpoints".
If you don't already have a copy, you can download the service guide at
http://publib16.boulder.ibm.com/pseries/en_US/infocenter/base/hardware.htm
You can get to here from the main pSeries support page. You should also get
"Diagnostic Information for Multiple Bus Systems" whilst you're at it.

=======================================================
All,
I have a RS6000 H80 that is failing to get passed 9114 on the LED panel on
boot up, the server hangs for a about 5 minutes on 9114 then comings up with
the error B0061406. When I go in to see what Processor Errors there are, two
entries for "Service Processor Hardware Failure" and "Service Processor
Firmware Failure". I have tried to get to the Firmware prompt but just get
the same error, I have even discconected the internal CD drive and tape
drive but to not joy.
I am completely confused... which isn't hard to do.
