Opening a browser session and then closing automatically

Dear all,

To start a webserver we have a requirement to execute a URL and then exit
from there automatically

http://njlip630:7779/reports/rwservlet?server=repsrv1&report=test.rdf&destyp
e=cache&desformat=html&userid=clas/clas@claslive

How can this be achieved on AIX? I will be grateful for your help.
