    I had the same problem with 4.3.3. I resolved with adding the "-c"
    parameter at the end of my telnet entry in /etc/inetd.conf. Then I ran
    "refresh -s inetd".
    All was fine after that.

    Hi all,

    I am facing problem of delay in login session while telneting AIX
    server
    (version 4.3.3) from my desktop.
