adsm question! Cannot restore TSM database... [Virus checked]

Hi,
I have a great problem to restore my TSM Database. Server runs on AIX
5.2_ML02 and TSM Server Version 5.1.8
I stop the server, so I have a consitent status.
After the server stop I lost the disks where are my db-logs (hardware). Now
I change the disks and recreate the db-log files with dsmfmt -log path size
But I cannot start the server. I think this is o.k. because the logs are
new and empty. So I start a
dsmserv restore db
and get the following errors:

I don't understand why the server shows by the restore to the logs.
But now I format the log-vol new and restart the "dsmserv restore db" and
get now this error:
