Hi *,
Found that some AIX (5.2) boxes I inherited had no "hosts=local, bind, nis" line in "/etc/netsvc.conf" file but worked. Further
looking, I found a line in "/etc/environment" file that was "NSORDER=local, bind, nis".
So, which way is "best"?
What is the difference? Do they do the same things?
