Put a back slash ("\") in front of the command that is not working to be sure it is not aliased.
Next, be sure there is no other "which", "lspv", etc. in your path before the correct system one.
Sounds like you may have been "hacked" and someone is trying to cover his/her footsteps and keep you from shutting them down.
But, let us look for the obvious stuff first.
Also, have you edited any system or config files lately?

Yes, the problem ocurr in others shells too.
*root*/tmp> ls -la /bin/sh
-r-xr-xr-x 4 bin bin 243534 Jun 05 2001 /bin/sh
*root*/tmp> ls -la /usr/bin/sh
-r-xr-xr-x 4 bin bin 243534 Jun 05 2001 /usr/bin/sh
*root*/tmp> ksh
*root*/tmp> which
ksh: which: 0403-006 Execute permission denied.
