Look in /var/adm/ras for a syslog ? You would need to have configured it
there.

Hello All,
I’ve got an AIX 4.3.3 box that is currently showing 100% use of inodes in
the /var filesystem. Any places to check right off for temp files or ways
to gain some back? Thanks for any help.
