GCC error after install 3.3.0 version

    I download GCC 3.3.0 from BULL site and installed it into AIX 4.3.3 version.
      I tried to bring up GCC and have error. Can anyone give me a hint?

    % lslpp -l|grep gcc
      freeware.gcc.rte 3.3.0.0 COMMITTED GNU GCC compilers V3.3.0

    % gcc
    exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program gcc because of the following errors:
            0509-150 Dependent module libintl.a(shr.o) could not be loaded.
            0509-022 Cannot load module libintl.a(shr.o).
            0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not
    exist.
    % gcc -v
    exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program gcc because of the following errors:
