We are in the process of moving applications off of an old Compaq machine
(tru64) to a p615 (AIX 5.2). On the old machine we have a number
of /etc/printcap entries that contain a string of pcl commands, via :ff,
    similar to the following:

    d1prn1:\
            :ct=tcp:\
            :lp=@slsc001/laserjet:\
            :ff=\033\046\154\061\117\033\046\153\063\147\062\123\033\046\141
                \063\114\033\046\154\060\123\033\050\033\050\163\060\160\061
                \063\150\060\163\060\142\064\060\071\071\124\033\046l5.4545C:\
            :rp=laserjet:\

How do we convert these for use under AIX? I've looked at the AIX
documentation, but it is unclear (to me) how this can be accomplished. Any
words of wisdom would be appreciated.

    Thanks.....grant
