the sysdump lv should always be closed unless it is used (written into)
when a dump occurs. No need to do anything

I had to increase the size of my dumplv (sysdump) by 10 LP
(as ordered by my EERPT error log message) but then the
LV STATE: became "closed/syncd".
How do I activate this lv without rebooting if possible?
TIA,
Joe
