    Comment out the entry in /etc/inetd.conf and run "refresh -s inetd".
    To enable it, put the entry back and do another refresh.

I would like to disable FTP on a server so that none of the other servers
can FTP to this server. However, I should be able to enable whenever I need
it.  How do I do this on AIX version 4.3.3.
