Try to change BSD back to AIX 3 or 4 and see if that makes and difference.
If the printer is connected to a print server on the network, why you are
going though a Win2K server. You can setup the remote queue to go directly
to the printer server using the host/Ip of the print server and the queue
name/port number on print server.
Also, most of the print server on the market now support HP Jetdirect, which
you can use on AIX very easily and more reliable

Lpd services are up and running on win2k.
Actually 132.147.160.12 is a print server connected on network with 03
ports, LPT2 is 2nd port on which this printer is connected and configured.
