No. The machine's already started to boot by the time it's checking
filesystems.
If you're worried about a potential problem with an application filesystem
being exacerbated, the best thing you could do is remove all your
auto-mounts and build suitable logic into your application startup scripts
to check everything in appropriate detail first.
