moving processors hmc using chhwres

    Hi,
    I am trying to remove 1 processor from a partition ( part_01), but I get an error.., , even if I do it on the hmc command line let alone using ssh . I still get an error.
    I can move it using the GUI.
    Any pointers ?

    hmc 4.3
    aix 5.3

    # chhwres -r proc -m Server-9117-570-SN6597CDE -o r -p part_01 --procs 1

    HSCL8016 An unknown error occurred while trying to perform this command. Retry
    the command. If the error persists, contact your software support representativ
