1- Unmount all file systems which are using the jfslog device.
2- Increase the LV size which are used as a jfslog device :
# extendlv loglv01 1
3- Format the LV for use as a jfslog device :
# logform /dev/loglv01
4- Mount all file systems.

Subject: Extending a JFSLOG.
Is there a way to extend a JFSLOG?
I have a volume group which has high activity and would like to increase
the
size of its JFSLOG in order to reduce the risk of that log becoming full.
Abraços,
Marlon Borba, CISSP.
