What do you mean by "hostname" in this context? Obviously the box will only
return one name in response to the hostname command. Equally obviously you
can configure two network adapters with different IP addresses, each defined
    in /etc/hosts and/or DNS.

What is it you're trying to do which you cannot?

Subject: Two hostnames on Single AIX box
    Hi experts,
Is it possible to configure two hostnames on single Aix box having multiple
    Ethernet adapters?
If yes please guide me to do the same.
