    vmtune (/usr/samples/kernel/vmtune) is in bos.adt.samples.

                I need to use vmo or vmtune in AIX 5.1, do you know the
package name? in 5.2 I think is: bos.perf.tune
I can't find this package in 5.1 has it a different name?
