Objet : Re: How I get the BIOS information for my AIX boxes?
My firmware level on my new Power5 box is:
SF225_096
Is there anyway I could decipher this and get the BIOS date?
On my old AIX 4.3 box, I could decipher the date of the Firmware from the level.
For example if my firmware level was TCP04195, the date would be 195th day of 2004 or July 13, 2004.
How do I do this on my latest Power 5 boxes, which shows a firmware level of
SF225_096
Thanks in advance.
Prasad
