I need for oracle update the xlC.rte. Must I buy this or is it default on AIX 5.2 CD?

    Hi,

    we must update our SAP 4.6C System on AIX 5.2_ML02. The SAP runs in the
    moment on a
    oracle 8.1.7.3
    and we must update to
    oracle 9.2.0.6

    Now our SAP-Admin say he need for this update the
    make-, ar-, ld-, nm- commands

    Must I buy the C- or C++ Compiler/Licence or ist this default by AIX 5.2?
