    I think you can do this with schedtune (AIX5.1) or schedo (AIX 5.2+).
    I would advise against it, though, unless you really know what you're doing.
    (And meaning no offence, the fact that you didn't know the command suggests
    you don't.)
     
    If you want to mess with the process scheduling, you would probably do
    better to read about Workload Manager (WLM).
