C for AIX 6 error

    Hi,

    We have upgraded our server from 4.3.3 to AIX 5.2 and C for AIX 4 to 6, now when trying to execute cc, following message appears.

    $ cc -c ue_xtb.c
    1506-507 (W) No licenses available. Contact your program supplier to add additio
    nal users. Compilation will proceed shortly.

    What have we missed?
