    I was able to download Sysback 5.6.5 from Passport Advantage and then I had
    to download 5.6.6 from the following Sysback download site...

    I think you are correct, in you're assumption.

    Where did you get this prized fileset? TIA!

    I've been trying to get into passport advantage for 2 weeks and no joy
    because I'm government, so they don't like me.

    Check your version of Sysback. I think you have to have version 5.6.6
    of
    Sysback for AIX 5.3.3.
