    This is more of a side-note:
    If you're looking for something that you'd use for testing and validating
    proposed changes to your production environment before rolling them out
    into production, I'd recommend going with something as close to your
    production environment as possible/feasible (ideally, the exact replica of
    the production configuration).

    If you meant "testing" in another meaning, then I'd go with your
    suggestion of eBay, plus see what's supported on AIX 5.3/HACMP.

    cheap shred disk for HACMP testing

    Hello,

    What is the cheapest shared disk I can purchase, that could be used for
    HACMP failover/testing on AIX 5.3 between two 43p-150 servers? I would
    want
    to acutally be able to fail over a VG in testing. I am hoping for
    something
    used, perhaps from eBay.
