Ummm... | and < for the same command. Not a good choice. mailx input is from
/dev/null. Your pipe goes to the bit bucket.
get rid of the < /dev/null

i am attempting to add attachments to mail and send them
I am doing this:
uuencode binaryfile binaryfile.txt |mailx -s "test" myaddress@mymail.com
</dev/null
the mail is sent(and received) , but there is no attachment.
my mail administrator tells me that his mail server is not stripping off the
attachment
this aix 5.2 ml5
there is nothing in var/spool/mqueue
