compare_report and IYs plus PTFs

    Hi

    We are trying to use something like the compare_report utility but instead
    of filesets
    thinking about using IYs and PTFs as the the references.

    Q1: For a given OS & ML does IBM provide a complete list of the all the
    APARs?

    Q2: Is there there anyway to list all the PTFs on a system?
