Looking through the contents of wtmp I found we have a lot of reboots
without a shutdown. I can account for some of the reboots and these are
associated with shutdowns but the others don't fit with any maintenance
schedules or records. Is this normal? I know the reboot in the wtmp is
from a pseudo account that logs in when the system starts but I thought
there should be a system stop first. Could this be due to power outages
which would mean the system stopped but not in a happy way?

    Many Thanks
