Hi Roger (long time!),
This list has been run since approximately 1990 (so long I can't recall
anymore when I first set it up) without such limitations on attachments.
To the best of my knowledge, sending this size attachment
(intentionally)
is a first. I think list etiquette should be respected and we should
not
enforce such rules on attachments. I'd prefer to not legislate against
stupidity, if you know what I mean. You may also want to get a larger
quota, I have 1GB. A little bit different from way back in our BITNET
days, eh Roger?
