They're not anywhere on the BOS media? How about bonus pack media? Look
through all of your AIX media that came with your
AIX setup. Also, anything which came with that graphics card and/or
monitor(if specific). Chances are if it's from a third party, IBM won't
have it.
Where did you get the updated filesets you are attempting to install? The
source of those maybe able to help you obtain to required
base level filesets. Check the IBM ftp site: "ftp.software.ibm.com".. If
all else fails either google it, or call IBM support and ask. There might
also be an alternate and/or generic driver which supports the card...

i wonder if you can help me out here, I have been pulling my hair over the
last few weeks trying to find some missing filesets for my GXT130P Graphic
Card we have in our H80 (running AIX 4.3.3)
When I try to install the drivers I get the below missing filesets, I
can't seem to find them any where... not even on the IBM website.
