    I guess that /etc/exclude.rootvg is missing.
    Look at the resources allocated to the machine and check the details of the
    excludefile resource. Either remove that resource, or create the necessary
    exclude file.

Hello All: 
I am getting the following error when using the NIM process to create a
mksysb image: 
0042-001 nim: processing error encountered on 'master': 
        0042-207 m_mkbosi: Unable to allocate the excludefile resource to
host 
Has anyone seen this before?
