Way to migrate AIX accounts to LINUX (Redhat)?

    We are migrate our AIX servers to LINUX servers. I have questions about
    migrate user accounts.

    AIX does not have /etc/shadow file and password not compatible on both
    system.

    Does anyone has way or tool can handle this?
