I would suspect you could obtain it from the AIX Linux powertools, or AIX expansion pack product cd media?

A few years ago, I would go to the bullfreeware site for a
single source of pre-compiled freeware for AIX. What is
the best place to go these days?
In particular, I am looking for a copy of pkunzip for AIX
5.1. I know I can get a full-blown pkzip demo from pkware
but that seems like overkill.
