There is a product that I've used on Windows called WebDrive http://www.webdrive.com/ that claims to allow one to mount SFTP, FTP, WebDAV to a drive letter on Windows. I have only used it for WebDAV though.
There is also the Microsoft Services for Unix product that includes an NFS client. It works resonably well. Non-Windows PCs should already support NFS.
