Weirdness with mksysb

Anyone see this one:

Creating tape boot image.
0301-101 /usr/lib/boot/bin/mkboot_chrp: Device open failure: /dev/rmt0

0512-016 mksysb: Attempt to create a bootable tape failed:

mksysb RC is 3
